What we do
We can support people who experience mental illness and/or have a disability to be valued members of their chosen community in a number of ways. We focus on people's strengths and talents, and help them plan for better futures.
What we offer
EMPLOYMENT SERVICE
Our Employment Services Team can assist with finding paid employment and provide ongoing support where needed.
This support may include career planning, developing a C.V, interview skills and preparation, as well as sourcing opportunities for employment, volunteering and work experience.

MICRO BUSINESS PROGRAMME
Our Innovative Employment Team started a group for people who were interested in developing their own micro business and looked at what opportunities or 'gaps' there were with products and services in our community, as well as what skills each person had to bring to a business. (We are currently not offering this service, please contact us for more information).

TRANSITION SERVICE
Our aim is to provide uninterrupted movement from the last year at school into post school education, employment, community services and activities, with a co-ordinated plan implemented to assist the student with achieving their transition goals.
Our transition service is open to students aged 16 to 21 years who have very high needs, are ORRS funded and in their last year at school. (Please contact us for more information).
